Digital Watermarks    

Many of the photographs on this site are protected by embedded Digimarc Digital Watermarks. Of course photos that do not yet contain the watermark are equally protected by copyright laws.

Digimarc provide a free reader with which you can detect and read ImageBridge digital watermarks directly from Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer. They also have a Mac version, both of which can be downloaded from here.

Locate Photos

If you have jumped to this page from a photo editing package while trying to edit one of my photos, I might be able to co-operated in allowing you to use the photo for certain reasons. The first thing you should do is contact us with this form or email Martin from the forum.

If you'd like to find a particular photo on this site, you can search using the filename (providing the filename has not been changed) by clicking the "Search" button above, and searching on the filename. Otherwise, try searching for other keywords, such as flower, bird, animal etc.

You can buy original prints of any of the photos on this site for personal use by clicking on the "Buying Options" button above each photo when displaying it at full size. You can see the Terms, Delivery, Return Policy, Print Option help and other Shopping related information on the Shopping @ MBP page.

Buying Photos for Commercial or Editorial Use

To request an estimate for the cost to use my photos for commercial or editorial purposes (including original prints for commercial use), go to the page on which the photo is displayed and if the Buying Options are not being displayed click the "Buying Options" button above the photo. Next click the "CLICK HERE to request an estimate for any kind of commercial use" link and a link to the photo will be added to a purpose built contact form. You can go back to the gallery and add as many photos as you like before filling out the rest of the details and sending the form. This feature requires that your browser is set to accept cookies. If you cannot set your browser to accept cookies, copy the "URL" displayed at the bottom of the photo page to the "Message" box in the form.
