Rudolph Commutes!
I met this guy on the train on my way to the office on Christmas morning. It was so cool. All of the Japanese were totalling ignoring him. I couldn't resist asking if it was OK to take his photo.

I agree. In Tokyo more than most places though I think. In Osaka, I'm sure they'd have a ball with this situation.
