Upper Kirifuri Falls

Caption: This is just the top falls at the Kirifuri Falls in the Nikko area of Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. I visited three times on the same day, and the first too it was too misty to see anything, then on the third visit, shortly after I got here the mist cleared for about 10 minutes so I had a quick photography frenzy.

Caption: These are the Kirifuri Falls in the Nikko area of Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. I visited three times on the same day, and the first too it was too misty to see anything, then on the third visit, shortly after I got here the mist cleared for about 10 minutes so I had a quick photography frenzy. Unfortunately, there are some bright yellow leaves in the foreground just below the well of the falls, so I had to shoot really tight at the bottom, which is a shame.
