Photographer’s Friend was born of Martin’s desire to quickly find Depth of Field ranges and Hyperfocal Distance in the field, and at the same time, calculate multi-filter Neutral Density shutter speeds without changing apps. If you don’t have a timer in your camera or cable release, the ND calculator has one built in, and alerts can be enabled to display even after you’ve close the app!
